Psoriatic Onychodystrophy
Psoriasis is a common case in PACES for skin and locomotor station. My lecturer taught me that psoriasis is a "systemic disease". It involves skin, nails and joints. Here are the nail changes in psoriasis. Remember it and search for it in psoriatic patient!
