    Causes:
    1-fredreich's ataxia
    2-charcot marie tooth synd
    3-poliomyelitis
    4-muscular dystrphy

  7. what is the right answer, by the way? Look like pes planus rather than cavus.

  8. The answer is that this patient has Charcot joint. Need to think of DM as this involves the ankle. If it involves the knee, think of Tabes Dorsalis !
