  1. This pateint has poikiloderm,and halitope rash obn the face and gottron rash on the had with periungua capilaary dilation.This is Dermatomyositis .My differntial will be SLE

  7. should think of 3 DD when you encounter facial rash possibly dt connective tissue ds

    1. SLE
    2. Dermatomyositis
    3. Mixed CT disease

  8. Sarcoidosis with Lupus pernio (chilblain lupus) would also be one of the differential diagnoses.

  9. thers helitrope,purple color rash over the eye lid and extending to malar area not sparing nasolabial fold.with flat top violecious erythema over the knukle sparing the phalanges and prominant nail fold telangectasia.condition is dermatomyositis the cause of underling malignancy id like to chek for abdomen and breast.id like to chek for myopathy
